Lanterns Roblox Boosts: XP Stacking, Luck and Duration

Permanent passes stay with you after one purchase. Personal timed boosts cover your own play session; SERVER 2X XP benefits everyone in your current server.

The personal XP options last 15 or 60 minutes. Luck options last 5, 15, or 60 minutes. Lantern Shop sells these timed options for Robux, while Madame Hex offers the 15- and 60-minute personal XP and Luck boosts for Candy. The inventory's 2x XP Boost is a perk entry: check its HUD timer for remaining time rather than identifying its original duration from the name.

Own the permanent 2x XP pass and have a personal timed 2x XP boost running to receive 4x XP. Both the 15-minute and 60-minute Lantern Shop XP products support this combination.

The permanent pass doubles XP across every Lantern Corps and stays with you after purchase. Choose it for ongoing leveling across Corps; add a timed boost when you have time for a focused session. SERVER 2X XP gives everyone in the current server double XP for 15 minutes and announces the buyer's name in a server-wide banner. It stacks with other boosts.

Keep Halloween pass progress separate from ordinary XP calculations. Use the Halloween pass rewards and event XP planner for that track.

The permanent 2x Luck pass doubles your chances of rarer boss chests and Construct drops. Choose Luck when those drops are your goal; choose XP when your priority is leveling. Better odds still leave the outcome to chance.

Timed Luck is capped at 2x, and Luck multipliers do not stack. Repeat purchases extend the duration, so buying additional Luck boosts does not turn 2x into 4x or 8x. Do not carry the permanent-plus-timed XP rule over to Luck.

2. Select PERKS to find the 2x XP Boost entry.
3. Return to the main HUD and check the boost's remaining-time display.

Match your purchase to the session you can actually play. A short personal boost suits a brief leveling or drop-hunting session; a 60-minute option suits a longer stretch. Choose a server boost when you want the current server to share the XP benefit.
