Lanterns Roblox Corps: Ring Colors, Access and Separate Saves

Last updated:

Your Corps determines your ring color and gives you a separate progression path. Check which colors you can enter, understand the save labels, and choose a playstyle to try.

Lanterns has six Corps: Green, Blue, Red, Yellow, Pink and Orange. Each keeps its own progress when you switch. Open CORPS in the upper-left corner to access CHANGE LANTERN CORPS. An unused standard Corps starts at level 1; Orange requires the Orange Lantern game pass, priced at 400 Robux.

The Six Corps and Their Access Requirements

Green, Blue, Red, Yellow and Pink are standard Corps you can choose without the Orange Lantern pass. Orange requires that paid pass.

The menu gives each color a theme, listed below. These labels describe the Corps' identity; they are not numerical combat bonuses. Choose a color you like, or use the Green and Red playstyle examples to find a starting point.

Switching Corps and Keeping Your Progress

  1. Open CORPS in the upper-left corner of the screen.
  2. In CHANGE LANTERN CORPS, check the status at the bottom of each card before choosing another Corps.
Card status What it means
CURRENT · LV … Your active Corps and its current level.
NEW · STARTS AT LV 1 An unused standard Corps with a fresh level-1 save.
GAME PASS / LOCKED · BUY TO UNLOCK Orange access requires its pass.

Switching does not erase your previous Corps' progress. Every Corps has its own save, so returning to one you have already played preserves that Corps' progression. Your existing level does not carry over as the starting level of an unused standard Corps.

If you want to experiment with another color, keep your established Corps and develop the new one separately. If your immediate goal is to continue leveling your current character, stay with that save.

Change Lantern Corps menu showing Red as current, four new level-1 saves, and Orange locked behind a game pass.

Unlocking Orange Lantern

Purchase the Orange Lantern game pass for 400 Robux to gain access to the playable Orange Corps. Before purchase, its card in CHANGE LANTERN CORPS carries GAME PASS and LOCKED · BUY TO UNLOCK labels.

Buy it if Orange is the Corps you want to play. The purchase grants access; its price alone is no reason to choose it for stronger combat performance. For other permanent benefits, compare the Lanterns shop passes.

The Orange Lantern Moon boss is a separate encounter from the playable Corps. The Corps' access requirement is the pass. For the boss activity, use the Moon raid guide.

Green and Red Playstyle Examples

Use these setups as ideas for what to try once you have the required abilities:

Corps Playstyle to try Why it may suit you
Green Chains control with Fist or Hammer and Saw follow-ups A useful direction if you enjoy setting up street enemies for linked attacks.
Red Rage for nearby groups, Anvil for heavy hits, and Missiles for ranged attacks A useful direction if you enjoy clearing groups while mixing close-range and ranged damage.

Green's Gatling Construct specifically requires GREEN RING and player level 11. It creates a rotating gun on the arm to attack a target. Choose Green if that ability interests you; consult the construct guide for its details and equipment steps.

The Chains combination and the Rage/Anvil setup are loadout examples, not lists of Corps-exclusive abilities. Choose based on the attacks you want to use and the abilities you have unlocked. See the street-combat and farming loadouts for slot choices and attack sequences.
