The Brute near Thugs in Market Row is a separate ordinary enemy. A level-50 individual there has a large build, a dark sleeveless shirt, and tattoos on both arms. Those appearance details belong to the street Brute.
Check the enemy’s overhead name and the named boss panel before choosing a target. Brute and Plasma Brute have different identities; the street enemy’s level does not describe the Crown Heights boss, and Plasma Brute’s displayed maximum health does not describe the street enemy.
